World Maker Faire 2012

This annual makers fair in Queens NY is very interesting, unique event. Some of it is wacky but it has lots of new interesting technologies and ways of making things. Both high tech and low tech, amazing materials and techniques like affordable 3d printers, rapid prototyping, arduino, paint that triggers things, etc etc. There are amazing speakers (see below,) big tech companies and inventors, all focused on affordable and creative ways to create and use new technologies.

In just four short weeks, the 3rd annual World Maker Faire begins!  This is an amazing showcase of creativity and cool technology that celebrates the DIY mind-set.  It’s stimulating, inspiring, and fun for all ages.  You just have to be see it for yourself.

We are excited to share a just a small sampling of the incredible line up of speakers we will have at the Faire!  Some of the most amazing thinkers and drivers of science, technology, art and more, will be sharing and asking the questions and that count.
